Committee members heard testimony concerning a 1986 Federal Home Loan Bank Board Office of Thrift Supervision investigation into Madison Guaranty. Many of the questions focused on an investment called Castle Grande, in which Mrs. Clinton was involved as an attorney through the Rose law firm.
