Mr. Ginsburg and Mr. Satterfield took questions from reporters on the King of Morocco’s visit to the United States. Mr. McCurry then answered reporters questions on a variety of issues. He said the White House on-line service on the Internet has had over 18 million documents downloaded since last October. He said the president is being methodical in his review of affirmative actions policies, more concerned with getting it right than in doing it quickly. Mr. McCurry also said HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros was not being judged by the White House, although Attorney General Janet Reno has called for a special prosecuter to investigate Mr. Cisneros' statement to the FBI during his interviews for the position as HUD secretary.
