Tower, of Texas, as Secretary of Defense. The Chair submitted to the Senate for printing in the Senate Journal and the Congressional Record the reply of Judge Alcee L. Hastings to the response by the managers of the House of Representatives to motions to dismiss several of the articles of impeachment against Judge Hastings.
