C-SPAN camera crews visited the office of Rep. Glenn English, who resigned from his seat as Rep. of the 6th district in Oklahoma on January 7. Office staffers discussed the process by which a congressional vacancy is filled and what happens until the post is filled. The congressional staff and the Clerk of the House have the responsibility for running the office until a special election is held on May 10.
