Following an introduction by Mr. Crane, George Will discussed the necessity of term limits in order to establish constitutional distance between legislators and the people to foster a more deliberative process. A forum following this speech, discussed the politics and law of term limits for legislators. Mr. Petracca and Mr. Jacob supported term limits and Mr. Mann and Ms. Crain opposed them.
