On the West Front of the U.S. Capitol Building, various speakers spoke on the historical significance of the U.S. Capitol and related personal vignettes. Following the other speakers, President Clinton spoke on the majesty of the U.S. Capitol Building and declared it our moral imperative to insure that it is still standing 200 years from now with the same American ideals intact.
