Several judges spoke in a forum during the 1993 national workshop for Judges of the U.S. Court of Appeals on the Constitutional separation of powers. The judges discussed the court’s role in determining the powers of the three branches of government and statutory regulations. The panelists responded to questions from the audience following their prepared remarks.
