Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe addressed the Japanese Diet. Prime Minster Abe spoke about economic and governmental priorities as well as foreign policy and relations with Russia. The prime minister said Japan would “never yield to terrorism” following the murder of two Japanese nationals killed by ISIS* in Syria.
