The panelists included Susan Weinberg, group publisher at Basic Books, Nation Books, and PublicAffairs; Matt Baldacci, vice president of marketing for Scholastic Trade Publishing; Brenda Copeland, executive editor at St. Martin’s Press; and Justin Chanda, vice president and publisher at Simon and Schuster Books for Young Readers. The panel was moderated by Andrea Chambers, director of New York University’s SCPS Center for Publishing.
