Rudolph Herzog talked about his book, A Short History Of Nuclear Folly: Mad Scientists, Dithering Nazis, Lost Nukes, and Catastrophic Cover-Ups], in which he chronicles the history of nuclear bombs and the many planned non-war uses for them. He also spoke about accidental and near-accidental uses of nuclear weapons and the Nazi Party’s aborted plan to develop a nuclear bomb. Mr. Herzog spoke at the German Consulate in New York City. close
