Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and John McCain (R-AZ) spoke to reporters following an intelligence briefing. Senator McCain said President Obama told him in a letter that Syrian President Assad likely used chemical weapons on a small scale against his people. He said he hoped President Obama would in reaction establish a no-fly zone over Syria and provide weapons to Syrian opposition, but not to send U.S. troops to the country. close
