U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan Richard Olson discussed U.S.-Pakistan relations with Stimson Center Chairman Lincoln Bloomfield. He spoke about the U.S. presence in Afghanistan and said that U.S. relations with Pakistan had improved since Pakistan reopened supply lines for NATO the previous year. Topics included Pakistan’s upcoming May 2013 parliamentary elections and relationships between Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, and India. He also responded to questions from members of the audience at this Simson Center Chairman’s Forum. close
