David Bego, president and CEO of Executive Management Services (EMS), a workplace maintenance company that employs 5,000 people, talked about his book, The Devil at Our Doorstep, in which he discusses the power of unions in the United States. He also talked about his contentious relationship with the Service Employees International Union going back to 2006. During this event, hosted by the Heritage Foundation in Washington, DC, Mr. Bego was joined by Diana Furchtgott-Roth of the Manhattan Institute and Russ Brown of the Labor Relations Institute.
