Andy Ozment, senior White House cybersecurity director, outlined the goals of President Obama’s executive order on the issue, and described areas where new legislation would be required in order to fully implement the administration’s plan. 
This was the second luncheon keynote address at the 4th Annual Cybersecurity Symposium, “Taking Stock of Cyber Preparedness: A Team Path to Active Resilience,” held at the Capital Hilton Hotel by the Washington, D.C., chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
