Mr. Baker announced that he will move from the Secretary of State position to the White House Chief of Staff. Mr. Baker highlighted the landmark international events that took place during the Bush administration. He remarked that now the world is safer, the U.S. can focus on domestic issues which will be the Bush agenda for the next four years.
