Panelists talked about President Obama’s 2013 State of the Union address and how foreign policy and national security will be handled in his second term. American Enterprise Institute defense and security policy analyst, Thomas Donnelly said the U.S. has failed to manage global security threats in ways that create a safer environment, and added that this failure is leaving future generations with fewer capabilities to deal with such issues.
