Senator Reid spoke to reporters following the weekly party lunches on the upcoming Senate legislative agenda. Majority Leader Reid said that he was happy to receive what he called a “clean debt ceiling bill” from the Republican-led House that was not tied to entitlement cuts. He said that Senate Budget Committee Chairwoman Patty Murray would lead in shaping the budget resolution.
