Follow Similar ProgramsFollowing the public inauguration ceremony and congressional luncheon, President Obama reviewed the troops from the East Front of the U.S. Capitol before the official motorcade returned to the White House. During the motorcade President and Mrs. Obama, as well as Vice President and Mrs. Biden, left the vehicle to walk and greet the crowd along Pennsylvania Avenue.
