German Chancellor Angela Merkel addressed members of the European Parliament on solving the eurozone financial crisis. She talked about Germany’s continued support of the eurozone and warned against the U-K leaving the European Union. Her speech came on the same day she visited British Prime Minister David Cameron in London, where the two leaders discussed the E-U budget and other eurozone matters. Prime Minister Cameron has been outspoken against plans to increase the EU budget. Following the Chancellor’s remarks, she took questions from European Parliament party leaders.
