Nancy Nord talked about President Obama’s speech to the Consumer Product Safety Commission in which he vowed to get rid of needless regulations. She said that was not happening at her agency and that Democrats were putting forth new regulations that stifled job creation. She also mentioned the third party testing rule the agency was implement in February 2013, saying that analysis showed it would cost businesses more.
