Candidates for Maryland’s 6th Congressional District Representative Roscoe Bartlett (R), and challengers John Delaney (D) and Nick Mueller (L) debated campaign issues including the deficit, government spending, immigration, redistricting, and Medicare in their second of six debates. This round robin, question and answer debate was hosted by the League of Women Voters, WHAG-TV and Hagerstown Community College at the Kepler Theater on the campus of Hagerstown Community College.
