Former Solicitor General Paul Clement spoke about his experience arguing the cases over the Affordable Care Act, the health care reform law. He presented a step by step process of the case as it moved up from the lower courts to the Supreme Court and an in-depth look at the case as it was argued before the Court. He also responded to questions from the audience.
