Speaker Boehner, other House Republican leaders, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell talked to reporters about current tax rates passed during the George W. Bush administration. Speaker Boehner said extending those tax rates for an additional year, which are set to expire at the end of 2012, “would instill confidence to America’s job creators.”
