Following the prayer and pledge, the Majority Leader will be recognized. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of motions to proceed to the following budget resolutions, en bloc for up to six hours of debate:
o S.Con.Res.41 (Sen. Sessions, R-AL-his interpretation of the Obama budget);
o H.Con.Res.112 (Rep. Ryan’s, R-WI, House-passed budget);
o S.Con.Res.37 (Sen. Toomey, R-PA);
o S.Con.Res.42 (Sen. Paul, R-KY); and
o S.Con.Res.44 (Sens. Lee, R-UT, Paul, R-KY, DeMint, R-SC)
*At approximately 4pm (if all time is used), the Senate will conduct up to five roll call votes on the motions to proceed to each concurrent resolution listed above. There will be 2 minutes of debate between each vote and all votes after the first vote will be 10 mins. in duration.
