Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Shaun Donovan talked about the economy, the housing market and foreclosures. In his remarks he referred to the$25 billion mortgage servicing settlement the with the top five lenders, saying the payment makes the banks pay for their treatment of people during the housing crisis.
