Generals briefed reporters and answered questions about a report from the F-22 Scientific Advisory Board. From 2008-2010 the U.S. Air Force experienced fourteen “physiological incidents” with the fleet of aircraft. Recommendations from the investigation directed the Air Force to modify the handle that engages the emergency oxygen system in its entire fleet of F-22 Raptor fighter jets.
