Secretary Clinton and Vice President Biden held a luncheon in honor of Prime Minister David Cameron. They spoke about the long-standing and special relationship between Great Britian and the U.S., joked about the anniversary of the War of 1812, and addressed issues of mutual security. Prime Minister Bair also applauded Mrs. Clinton’s contributions to world peace and the stature of women.
