At 11am, the Senate will resume consideration of S 1813, the surface transportation bill.
*The Senate will stand in recess from 5pm-6pm to accommodate a special briefing for all senators by Secretary Napolitano, who will lead a cyber security session highlighting various threat scenarios and possible gov’t responses.
