Secretary Sebelius testified on the Health and Human Services Department fiscal year 2013 budget request. The budget called for $76.4 billion, which included a 26% increase for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She also announced that the administration would issue a rule “in the near future” on its compromise plan for contraceptive coverage with insurers, clergy and health leaders.
