Richard Cordray testified on the first semi-annual report of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. In that report, the CFPB said it had received more than 13,000 complaints over the last six months related to mortgages, credit cards, and other financial products. Mr. Cordray previously served as Ohio Attorney General.
