Jim Messina spoke at a Young Americans for Obama college student summit. He predicted that President Obama would be re-elected in 2012 by “building the biggest grassroots effort in political history.” Other speakers included Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and White House Domestic Policy Council Director Melody Barnes.
