Robert Zoellick spoke at a news conference ahead of the World Bank-International Monetary Fund annual meeting. He said that a double-dip recession for the world’s major economies was unlikely, but Europe, Japan, and U.S must act to address their big economic problems before they became bigger problems for the rest of the world.
