Newt Gingrich spoke to a conservative conference in Florida about his campaign for the Republican presidential nomination. In his remarks he said he would abolish all “czars” in the Executive Branch, as well as move the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv. He also talked about the Constitution and U.S. history.
