Deputy Attorney General James Cole talked about the civil antitrust lawsuit the Justice Department filed to block AT&T’s proposed $39 billion takeover of T-Mobile USA. He said the combination of the second- and fourth-largest U.S. cell phone companies would result in “tens of millions of consumers facing higher prices and fewer choices.”
