Republican presidential candidate Jon Huntsman announced his jobs creation plan at the Gilchrist Metal Fabricating in Hudson, New Hampshire. The plan titled “Time to Compete,” called for reforms in tax policy, corporate welfare, health care and, energy independence. He spoke informally with the audience after his speech.
