Former First Lady Betty Ford’s funeral service was held at Grace Episcopal Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Speakers included Lynne Cheney, the wife of former Vice President Dick Cheney, and presidential historian Richard Norton Smith. Former President Bill Clinton, former First Lady Barbara Bush, and former Vice President Cheney were also in attendance.
