Representative Allen West (R-FL) gave the closing keynote speech at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) He talked about the “three pillars of conservatism” that centered on cultural values, national security and a constitutional government. He also spoke about fiscal responsibility, less government regulation, the sanctity of life and marriage, a strong national defense and the failure of liberal progressivism around the world.
