A panel discussion was held on the use of espionage during the Civil War by both the North and the South. The panelists also responded to questions from members of the audience. Professor Laurie moderated.

“Spies and Conspiracies: Espionage in the Civil War” was held at the International Spy Museum in partnership with the National Archives.
