Trevor Potter talked about the American Bar Association Task Force’s recent report on recommended changes to the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (LDA) and the amendments to it in 2007. The report, “Lobbying Law in the Spotlight: Challenges and Proposed Improvements,” was released on January 11, 2011, by a Task Force on Federal Lobbying Laws, organized by the American Bar Association’s Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. He also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
