Former CIA Director Michael Hayden spoke about the future of terrorist threats in the U.S. and abroad. In his remarks he said that future terrorist attacks would be of a “lower threshold” and less organized, less successful, less lethal, but more numerous like “death by a thousand cuts.” He also responded to questions from the audience.
