At the closing news conference of the G-20 Summit in Seoul, President Obama addressed China’s currency value and criticism that cheap Chinese exports are affecting American jobs. He also answered questions on extending tax cuts implemented by the Bush administration and on the failure to get a free-trade agreement with South Korea.
