Howard Waltzman and Gregg Rothschild talked about possible changes in telecommunications and technology policy if the Republicans win control of the House of Representatives in 2010 midterm elections. Both served as key advisors on telecommunications issues for the House Energy and Commerce Committee and for individual members of Congress.
