Gulf Coast marine life scientists spoke at the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling’s third series of meetings. They said that while tests continued to show Gulf Coast seafood is safe, the public still believed it was tainted. They urged the commission to include recommendations on ways to change the public’s perception of Gulf seafood in its final report.
