Lori Marcotte, Jeffrey Duhon, and Aubrey Wallace testified at the impeachment trial for New Orleans federal Judge Thomas Porteous for corruption and engaging in a kickback scheme with a Louisiana law firm.
Congressmen Adam Schiff and Bob Goodlatte are the House chief impeachment managers. Congressman Hank Johnson is also part an impeachment manager.
Mr. Turley continued with the cross-examination of Lori Marcotte.
Jeffrey Duhon and Aubrey Wallace testified and were cross-examined.
This was the second day of the trial, and the first Senate trial since the impeachment proceedings of President Clinton in 1999.
