Maya MacGuineas talked about her ideas for stabilizing federal debt, and she responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. She testified earlier in the week before the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform, a bipartisan commission created by President Obama to identify ways to meet medium- and long-term fiscal challenges.
