Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mike Mullen spoke to reporters and answered questions about the release of classified war documents by the website WikiLeaks. The documents contain raw intelligence reports from the field, which among other things include the identity of informants. Secretary Gates in his remarks said the consequences for troops and Afghan allies could be severe and dangerous.
