Army officials testified about mismanagement of contracts at Arlington National Cemetery and their investigation into the mismanagement and faulty practices at the cemetery. According to an Army report, as many as 6,600 graves were misidentified, improperly marked, or indicated personnel were buried in the wrong graves due to bad record keeping.
