Admiral Allen in his daily update on the Gulf of Mexico oil spill said that BP could be capturing up to 53 thousand gallons of oil every day by July 11 if an additional pipeline is installed on the broken well. Admiral Allen gave the company 24 hours to provide a timeline for replacing the containment cap on top of the well.
