Interior Secretary Ken Salazar and Michael Bromwich, the new director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, testified on the reorganization of the Minerals Management Service. Among the issues they addressed were the future of offshore oil drilling regulations and cleanup efforts in the Gulf of Mexico.
