President Obama spoke to West Point graduates at their commissioning ceremony. In his remarks he pledged to shape a new "international order" based on diplomacy and engagement. Following his remarks he was presented with a cased cadet saber by Cadet Arron Conley, the Class of 2010 class president as a gift from the class. After the presentation of diplomas the commandant administered the oath of office to the graduates. At the end of the ceremony the graduates tossed their caps into the air.
